1. Use of Website Content

All content on this website—including text, layout designs, logos, images, graphics, and software—is the property of Stone Hearth Lodge and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or redistributed without prior written consent from Stone Hearth Lodge.

2. General Venue Policies & Guest Capacity

Maximum Guest Capacity: Stone Hearth Lodge strictly enforces a maximum capacity of 50 total guests for all micro-weddings, elopements, private events, and gatherings. This count includes the couple, guests, and bridal party members.   Venue Rental & Booking Agreements: Inquiries submitted through this website, quotes received, or package guides downloaded do not constitute a binding booking. A booking is only finalized upon the execution of a formal written contract signed by both parties and receipt of the required retainer deposit.   Property Access: Venue access hours are strictly governed by the agreed package selection (e.g., 2-hour elopements or 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM full-day packages). Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures are subject to additional fees as outlined in the formal rental agreement.

3. Pricing & Package Revisions

Pricing, package inclusions, and optional add-on offerings listed on this website (including 2026 and 2027 package schedules) are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will honor the pricing explicitly detailed in the signed rental contract.

4. Alcohol & Officiant Services

Alcoholic Beverages: Beer, wine, and liquor service arrangements on property are subject to state and parish licensing rules and venue policies. Details must be coordinated and approved prior to the event date.Officiant Services: In-house ordained officiant services provided by the owners are offered upon request and availability, and require execution of the proper Louisiana marriage license paperwork by the client prior to the ceremony.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stone Hearth Lodge strives to ensure all information provided on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the site or the information, content, or materials included. Stone Hearth Lodge shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from the use of this website or venue services shall be filed in Grant Parish, Louisiana.
